Talon’s Proud Pilot, Louis F. Mannarino

Talon’s Proud Pilot, Louis F. Mannarino

Louis F. Mannarino’s interest in flying was piqued at a very young age, as his grandfather had been a supervisor for Eastern Airlines and his father was employed by Northwest (which is now Delta) Airlines.   Aviation was a constant part of his childhood and entering a cockpit to fly an aircraft had been his life goal as far back as he could remember.

His boyhood dream fulfilled, today Captain Mannarino has logged a total flight time of 2,900 hours. He is highly proficient in flying charter, land and sea aircraft and as a certified flight instructor he enables others to realize their ambition to fly.  He also holds United States merchant marine documents as Master Captain of Vessels in near-coastal waters.

Louis’ favorite aircraft is the swift and agile Talon Air’s Hawker 4000, but feels that there is no greater piloting experience than landing a seaplane in the East River.  His favorite travel destination is the Caribbean, as well as the islands off the New England coast.

Talon Air pilots are seasoned professionals.  Just like Captain Mannarino, every Talon Air pilot is a full-time, non-union employee with extensive charter flight and customer service experience.  Their commitment to “go the extra mile” for our clients and to provide the most secure and comfortable flight is second to none.
