Charter Sales Representatives for immediate hire. The positions are located in New York City and Farmingdale, NY (KFRG). Competitive salary, commissions, benefits and 401K is offered.
Charter Operations Representatives for immediate hire. The positions are located in Farmingdale, NY (KFRG). Competitive salary, benefits and 401K is offered.
Full-Time Pilot Position for immediate hire. The positions are located in Farmingdale, NY (KFRG) and Bedford, MA (KBED). Competitive salary, benefits and 401K is offered.
Lead Pilot requirements for Bedford, MA (KBED) position:
Total Time: >5000
Total Jet: 2500
Total PIC: >2500
Type ratings: Hawker 4000 preferred or other super-mid or larger type rating(s) with glass cockpit experience.
International Experience a must: Far East and EU
Must be able to manage and lead his team.
Back Office Associate
The BO Associate is responsible for day to day operations of Talon Air, Inc.’s flight schedule.
Responsibilities of the BO Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Execute daily operations of scheduling flights in accordance with client needs and company policy while emphasizing safety, service and a commitment to excellence.
- Follow written standard operating procedures for the Back Office department that include but are not limited to the items listed above.
- Cross referencing Quoted prices to Block Contracts, Management Agreements and Program Pricing to ensure accuracy
- Booking internal employee airfare as requested
- Observe and analyze current weather forecasts, NOTAMS, and TFRs to ensure minimal impact on the flight schedule
- Heavy phone answering
- Rotation in the On Call shifts as necessary, with flexibility to work weekends and overnight
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Aviation or equivalent experience with knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Good communication, problem solving skills and customer service experience
- Charter coordination experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007/2010
